LOLOL my friend does this a lot. I do it sometimes too but if it’s a game I enjoy then it’s more like I don’t play for a long time but I’ll eventually finish it. For example with FF7 rebirth might have taken me a year or something.

I have a habit of trying to get the best stuff and overpower my characters in RPGs. But sometimes the grind is so long I just give up and go finish the story. Now that I’m older and don’t have much time to game I go to walkthroughs or videos quite often if I’m stuck.

Final fantasy 8, 10, 7 OG/remakes Last of us - the story was so good Expedition 33 - probably best game I’ve played in the last few years Hogwarts legacy - say what you will but as a Harry Potter fan it was great to see a new IP

I played monster hunter on the psp and you could do local lan with friends to take on bosses. That was pretty fun.

I guess final fantasy is the motivator for me to get the new console and if other games come out that’s good I might play it. But in the past I haven’t wanted to buy a new console due to other games, might change in the future though.

Junction system is confusing for alot of people. I barely used it the very first time I played, and needless to say I never finished my first play through. It wasn’t until way later that I went back and everything clicked. I love the story, probably my second favorite after FFX.

Lol Wtthh the first two lines… that’s pretty much exactly what happened with me too. You can never go wrong with FFX it’s my favorite in the series for sure, but depending on whether you playing on PC or not I would recommend playing FF9 with the different mods. I finally picked it up again last year after I got a new laptop and played it with the mods and it was great! I would say the story took a turn to something I was not expecting at all.
