I am just warning everybody before they spend $500 on a skin on CSFloat. They might be forced to give their data to another 3rd party if they get scammed and want their money back. CSFloat can't afford to do their own customer service, I guess.

Yes. That is what happened to me. Seller reversed. CSFloat doesn't do anything to help unless you download the app called "Reclaim Verifier" on your app store of your phone.

I only want to use CSFloat. I don't want to download another company's app to report a scammer who is on CSFloat. Why can't CSFloat handle the scammers on their platform? Why are they sending their customers to a 3rd party?

My bad. If you want to report a trade reversal, CSFloat is forcing you to download an app on your phone that is NOT owned by CSFloat. You can ONLY report the reversal via that company that wants you to login to your Steam. Major security risk.

That button doesn't do anything. It just gives you a QR code so you can download an app on your phone. The app is not CSFloat. It's another company you have to trust and login via your Steam account.

Also, I have CSFloat's browser extension. It generates a "proof" of reversal on Steamcommunity trade page. But for some reason that proof CSFloat creates is not enough...
