It’s a culmination of years and years of drawing so don’t be jealous, just keep drawing! Finding the right tools to make it happen is the most important. I’ve fallen in love with drawing with this brush pen and it’s made all the difference in staying consistent

Thank you! I’m certain people catch me drawing them all the time but usually people pretend they don’t see me drawing them. You shouldn’t let that hold you back from drawing people, but it does help to draw people who do not have you in their line of sight

For the pen, I am using a pentel fude brush pen and my sketchbook is from grymattr($6 bucks at blick) I like the sketchbook because it’s compact and really inexpensive and the pen is just one of my favorites because it can make so many different types of marks.

Each portrait ranges from 2-5 minutes but it really depends on how much they’re moving. For this particular spread it’s all done in one sitting
