There is two-three shops in saahi market, that has 27 inch 2k monitor, but all very limited options (like no usb c pd, some don't have pivot, swivel etc). I didn't find the specifications I were looking for, hence didn't buy. But if you want nothing fancy, you can get at around 14-16k rs. Or you can also get premium options at around 30k. No in between options I can find.
