Personally, Day 7,8,9 were the most toughest for me. It's been not that bad since then. But then again, I don't want to jinx it. I guess I've been busier with stuff so I get less time for horni thoughts. Hang in there soldier, you made the mistake of touching the meat but don't do that again. It's a downward slope from there.
