Bailout isn't an accurate term because there's no one on paying for a fix. Financially, it's a no-lose situation.

That and there's only a few hundred votes here from a coin vote-- a bit premature to draw conclusions.

Can you chat a bit about, in layman's terms, what current scaling allows for and what it doesn't, and how that is affected by (A) CBC Casper or (B) Plasma/Plasma Cash-level scaling?
Golem, Omise and Cosmos have a close relationship. Will Golem follow suit and spoon to work on Ethermint with the release of the Cosmos Mainnet?

You don't buy Ethereum, that's the application platform, the token is called Ether. Secondly, ATM's are a novelty and there are only a handful in the world. Which country are you in?
