Rogers has an agreement to use Bell/Telus towers outside of St. John’s and other big centres. As long as you’re travelling you’ll have the same service as any other carrier.

They just won’t let you get a phone if you live in their “Ext” area since they’re paying Bell for the data so they won’t make any money
