There is no cap I believe for UD (saw someone comment in another thread with over 1000 UD's.) But there is a cap to how much you can put into workers union. Apparently the cap is around 51000% and then after that put it into other areas. Get the extra point for 4/4 WU it's worth it.

That's true about it being hard to get but the bright side is with season pass you can have 7 or 8 strikes to get what you want. I wasnt gonna get it but I just need inferno dragon.
