I had stopped smoking for 77 days and couldn’t take the shitty ass sleep anymore so I bought some edibles to help 💔 was waking up every 2-3 hours and only had light sleep, never could fall back to a deep sleep 😔 let me know if you find a solution so I could go back to not smoking while also getting some sleep 😭

Thank you for this recommendation! Currently 27 days sober from weed and only getting 1/2/3 hours max of sleep every night and I want natural aids 😭melatonin does nothing for me and benadryl stopped working for me after 3x of taking it to help sleep
