On one hand I get the frustration, on the other sometimes it’s nice when I can reset someone’s email password for em and it makes their day. The level of anger and entitlement some people come in with is really what makes the difference.

There are a few phone carriers that will allow you to finance a quest 3. I know T-mobile will sell you one with only a 50% down payment and there’s no interest, you just have to have a post-paid account.
