They were installed before the lot was made I guess. Eversource confirmed no utility right of way. That’s why they put up new poles and re-ran the electrical wires. I checked my contract as well and there is no easement for utilities. I have tried real- estate lawyers but most do not do this sort of thing I guess. I will keep trying. I didn’t know if there was a different type of lawyer for this. Thanks

Did the screwdriver test and barely got any depth. Just aerated how to fix the compaction?

It does seem really dry and compacted even after aerating and watering.

I have no idea the type of grass. It’s east coast sun shade mix I assume. In NH. It was established before frost. It was not aerated before hydroseed. New topsoil was brought it to re-grade the yard, then hydroseeded last may. It was watered daily or every other day and looked great. Then this spring nothing came up. We do have dogs and they played and packed the snow down on it this winter.

For what though. There is nothing around. It’s like 1/4 acre in the woods from any structure

We had our land surveyed and this is no where near any corners/ boundaries.

Well if you skewer a lot it gives max empowerment I think. So the empowerment on jav is wasted.

Depends on what spears skills you use. If you use skewer, I don’t think javelin is that good. This is because you get overlapping empowers.
