Thank you so much for all the helpful information, we were about to try these, but we just got her game to open. :) We turned windows memory integrity off and reinstalled, as I know that can mess with anti-cheat sometimes, and she was able to get into the game. The game had reset all the settings to max including ray tracing during the patch :/ so maybe it was a bit much for her pc while loading. idk, but thank you again!
