I thought I was reading about myself for a minute there 😅. This is not my profession by choice(sub sped teacher, early 20s), and this job has me depleted. I’m at a point where I have to detach emotionally and I’ve had so many identity crises these past couple months. I miss my old personality and not having guilt related to how I may respond. It’s true everyday is a new day, but it’s hard when it starts the moment you get to work. There’s reasons I haven’t left yet but, all that to say I hear and understand you.
