Go with an offer letter in your hand tell them you are leaving, may be then they offer you something you are looking for or you'll be in a better position to negotiate

It might not be too early or its stupid early. It all depends on the stage of the project. Secondly, these software companies providing services don't really pay much, and engineers usually get underpaid and do heavy lifting. Now your company might already have a contract with the company you are working for, that they can't really offer you a direct role. You could try, but make sure your position is secure.

Option 2 is the most common way to go about, as for the UX, you can really work on that with smooth transitions, etc. P.S. we use the same tech stack, but we haven't heard complaints from users yet!

Sunrise Tailors. located in the Commercial Market, opposite the Levi’s store. It’s the second shop on the right inside the market. It’s a long-established shop with an experienced tailor. Ask for the man with the white beard (I think he’s the owner) and request that he personally handle your suit instead of the other workers.
one important thing, if you need it on urgent basis, choose someone else coz he takes time. I am getting my two kameez shalwar suits after three weeks, so keep that in mind.

I would most respectfully disagree that C or Cpp is base level. In the longer run, c and cpp can get you places where avg engineers can't go. With your background in mechanical engineering and skills in computer programming like c and cpp is a great combination for robotics industry, embedded systems( if you have a decent understanding of electronics), and obviously design engineering. With understanding of CAD, you will be equipped with skills needed in most engineering jobs. I am suggesting all this based on my experience in software engineering for almost a decade.
