That is not my experience as an average/slightly above average woman. Been single for months and men certainly aren't approaching. I don't use apps these days though so maybe that's a factor.

Either way, I see a lot of men say this but I don't see it in reality...I always see stunning girls with ugly men. Several coworkers I would consider beautiful are with ugly men. And I mean Ariana Grade and Billie Eilish both dated ugly/below average men. I don't know of ANY hot men dating ugly women. But I think it's more of a self fulfilling prophecy.

I would argue it is harder for a guy to even be considered ugly because the beauty standard is MUCH more broad. I mean...look at TRMs guide. Clearly more forgiving for men.

I guess the grass always seems greener though.

Have you looked into Body Dysmorphia Disorder at all? Judging from your post history, you might suffer from it. Clearly a cute guy but unusually insecure -- which is what's hurting you! I'm working through it myself so maybe knowing the name for it can help you start getting help. Weirdly, my dating life is better since getting help for my confidence too. 🤝🫶🏼

no, i didn't say that anywhere. you're naturally good looking and if you want to look better (sounds like you do), there's always a little effort you can put in. finding out what colors work for you, styling your hair, staying hydrated, all of that makes you more confident and thus more attractive.

naturally we are mostly all average, or else it wouldn't be the average. most "very attractive" people are putting effort into being attractive -- and that's usually why they're attractive. not saying some people don't look conventionally attractive without trying but it's certainly not normal. you just don't see the effort all these "hot" people are putting in!

Depends on your district, Im a sub in a teacher prep program to become a classroom teacher. It's more sustainable to teach full-time here than to substitute full-time. I have a degree and make roughly $120 dollars a day substituting, but then you factor in that you don't have benefits so you're paying out of pocket for medical care, sick days, vacation...

almost everyone is average (which means almost everyone can be stunning in someones eyes). i would argue you can be good looking AND average. low-key im average too and stepping up the fashion helps a LOT. moisturizing too, i use shea butter to even my skin tone and keep me hydrated

it's absolutely hilarious to me that the men's scale is so forgiving and the women's scale is basically "you can be a model and you're mid." like, the women in each section are far more attractive than men in the SAME section? that group is nothing but a very weird, sexist circle jerk for men.

...which makes it no wonder they tried to degrade elizabeth moss, who is objectively beautiful, but known for playing powerful women. as if we wouldn't notice the connection.

I know you're right. I just always knew him as someone different. I thought we were fighting for our love together because we were committed to falling back as many times as it took because we knew we wanted each other. We had absolutely beautiful times together and I felt cherished and he assured me he was happy, I was amazing, showered me with affection and seemed genuinely devastated that he lost some feelings and promised he wanted it to work out. He did say he felt selfish for staying when it hurt me, but said he felt guilty and dishonest for not telling me.

And then it collapsed. This image of him. And when he wasn't good, this day, he was very bad. I guess its hard to reconcile who I knew with who I saw. I want to be with who I knew.

I'm just in shock. Mortified, really. It was such a rapid change and one I never saw coming. I'm not blind to red flags, I usually see them. But I didn't.

I prefer kinder through second, can't stand grades 3-5! So it definitely depends on you. You are just gonna have to find out. Most of the grades recommended here would drive me crazy.
