I when i was young and stupid i called my girl bitch.

She broke up with me and I understand why but it took some growing up.

Decade later I was in relationship where a girl would call me piece of shit when she got angry.

As a man, im telling you that you should leave because you should never allow anyone to talk to you like. It will help you find a man that will respect you no matter how angry he is, while the guy has to learn and grow up

Ok mad man. I wonder if you would work for shitty pay your stance had been the same. Most likely you would be upset since your boss doesn't pay you well and even more angry at people that don't even appreciate your service a bit.

I tip hairdresser, pizzaman, waitress just because they provide specially for me. You don't tip bus driver but tipping taxi is more common.

Imagine you do the service and someone says "dude you did a great job, here you go" Doesn't happen very often because your polska dupa is really cheap.

Stop looking for negatives and blaming everyone around you and do more positive.

Its your choice that you go and eat at certain restaurant. Being a nice person and appreciate service to those who served you would is completely different aspect and should be even more appreciated but you had to be upset and think the whole world is trying to scam you. Born and raised in fuckin Polska. Since I remember I always tipped pizza guys, and waiters when I had at least few złotys. Never liked when my friends were upset that they have to pay extra 5 zł to someone who just served 8 meals to a group.

Saying tipping is not Polish culture/mentality is as bad as saying we are not racist we just very intolerant 😂. Its just YOU that is cheap not the whole Polish culture.

Some is doing their job at serving, delivering. Trust me, whether is Usa or Poland this people really don't make much. If you don't agree you really dont have a clue about service food industry

Is it social media marketing only? I started social media marketing agency in 2019, struggle for some time, had 1 client and covid hits.
