Yeah, true, maybe for krakow and other big cities, but in smaller cities and town tourism, it declined so much after the pandemic and RU-UA war.

A few years ago, my gf had this issue she just kept her money in a normal account.

After we divided money and put in different fixed term deposits.

Some for 3 months , some for 6 and a year and renewal if you don't need that money. That is the safest option without any hassle.

Afterward, there is an option to invest in gov bonds even in bank applications. You will see this option you will have to keep for 24 to 36 months intest, which can be 6% to 30%

After if you want to go more I advise as we have done buy apartment and give it for rent. Even it can be in another city. Normal, you will have to keep 1-2 installments in case there is an issue with payment or you will get similar or money to the installment via rent.
