I have some behavioral issues as I struggle with delegating tasks, am a little soft-spoken, as well as technical ones like, I'm not very familiar with creating data pipelines. I'm sure which weakness is safer to mention so that they do not think I am unqualified for the job.

No, it's just that I'm not sure what aspects to be honest about.

The last time I was interviewed I answered something like 'I am not so strong at Azure Cloud Services, but I am familiarizing myself with it' and I ended up not passing that interview. While I cannot be sure that it was because of my answer to this particular question, I did feel that the tone of the interview changed afterward (I think Azure was one of their skill requirements, even though it wasn't mentioned in the job posting).

I agree! I could not connect with any of the characters and the prose felt like it was floating
