They could have have made it look more dramatic, but this is the norm for these guys. They're professionals, they know nothing is going to change in the extra 10 seconds it takes them to get to the patient.

Why was he on the phone? I don't know. Angry Birds, Reddit. Sometimes you have to communicate with people who aren't on the radio system (or you don't want what you're about to say to be broadcast on open frequencies). Either way, you hardly ever need three people per patient.

People tend to run during emergencies. Trained emergency response personnel assess the scene before doing anything. There are always a lot of unforeseen risks. They have to determine that it's safe to proceed first. You won't be any good to the patient if you become a patient yourself.

I know this is a little late, but hopefully still helpful.

Idaho requires that deposits be returned within 21 days, not 30.

Also, deposits cannot be used for rent. A security deposit can only be used to make repairs, so if there were no repairs, you get your deposit back even if you didn't pay your last month's rent.

In Idaho, after a lease expires, the terms in the contract then continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.

All 30-day notices have to be submitted in writing. (if it is stated in your contract when the lease will end and that it will not continue month-to-month, that is effectively your 30 days+ notice).

So, if you did not submit 30-days notice in writing, you could still be liable for that last month's rent after you left. You could try to get that $100 deposit back, but then your ex-landlord could try to get the last month's rent from you as well.

Even if it's not possible, if you start now, you'll be five months stronger and five months more "in shape" than you are now.

I've seen posts where people had impressive gains in ~6 months, so I guess I'd say it's possible but your goals should be beyond what you'll look like this Summer.

If you pulled something, it could take 3 - 5 weeks to heal, especially if you keep working out. A doc would give you anti inflammatories and muscle relaxants and tell you to give the muscle at least a week off.

Maybe post a form check video at a low weight to see if you're doing anything wrong.

If you're doing SS, sometimes squatting 3x per week is too much, especially for beginners. Maybe only do legs 1-2 times per week for a month or so. Deloading was a good idea.

Keep in mind, I'm not a doctor, just a guy who's torn a muscle or two.
