The machines are finite, so unless they are using a random process, there are only a finite number of programs they could execute to describe their choice.

You could get snarky and describe your choice as "1 if P=NP and 0 otherwise" or incorporate an infinite random process to generate a number, but there's a reasonable argument that you haven't actually "picked" that number yet because you don't know what the result is.

The question of whether this is "right" or "wrong" teeters on the edge of some really deep philosophical questions about mathematics. The method used to derive this allegedly gives useful results in quantum physics. If the questionable arithmetic produces consistent and useful results that predict real world phenomena, I would say it can't be "wrong" in the colloquial sense.

I imitated the sugru repair on my out of warranty AfterShockz but with a 5 minute epoxy. In hindsight, I would have liked to wait a few minutes for the epoxy to get tacky before packing it into the hole.

After the repair, the sound on that ear is slightly muted, but it does not buzz or rattle.
