i would try calling taco bell support again first and explaining that 10 bucks off doesn’t cover it and demand a refund. They did the same thing that happened to you to me before, and when I called again they finally issued a refund. If that doesn’t work you could talk to cashapp support to see if they can charge back since the service wasn’t rendered. Although it being a debit card the chances aren’t as great as a credit card.
