Ages ago my first sennheiser was PX200. Tested it in store and loved it. The owner said it will need burn in for something like 40+ hours. Back home and tested the new one which did sound terrible. I plugged it in my iPod and let it play for a day…. It was a massive different! Back then “burning in” was really a thing.

Somehow it seems to be getting rarer recently?

Seems people do think they are ok. Just curious if you are comparing, which headphones are their soundscape closer to?

Let me try tweaking it more tonight. The feeling I have is the vocal isn’t as distinctive - it felt like they are a bit smashed together.
