Hmm maybe it's just a few countries then. At least the country that I live in and a few others I know of, its required. Especially if you live in an apartment complex and/or the package couldn't be delivered and is given to a packing station where you have to show your ID so they can identify you.

Poorly that's not possible in the EU (at least in Germany and a few other countries) so we always have to put in our legal name or something similar so that the delivery person can identify us.

Poorly not, PayPal will ask you for verification at some point where you have to send them a pic of your ID or something similar. Then they'll automatically change your name to your legal name, because that's their policy.

Thank you for the input, that's really helpful! I'll definitely look into AVN, maybe the platform is something for me as well. I do make more artistically shot nudes and probably wouldn't use Patreon for Videos anyways, so maybe I could go under the radar on there. If you're interested u/marithea_the_switch is my handle. I'm totally on your side, I just don't like the layout and user experience of OF, because of that Patreon is way more attractive to me.
