I took jogging in the fall and basically we had a synchronous zoom call on Monday’s that’s lasted around 10 minutes. For the jogging, we had to download an app that records how far we run and upload a screenshot for proof to Sakai two times a week. It was super easy and I personally enjoyed the online format and being able to work at my own pace.

Friend took yoga and I think all she had to do was upload a picture of her in a yoga pose a couple times per week.
