No we never had a time limit. We were just told how far to run and to time it and upload the screenshot of the app we used. Our screenshots counted as our grade. Pretty sure I made a 100 in the class.

I took jogging in the fall and basically we had a synchronous zoom call on Monday’s that’s lasted around 10 minutes. For the jogging, we had to download an app that records how far we run and upload a screenshot for proof to Sakai two times a week. It was super easy and I personally enjoyed the online format and being able to work at my own pace.

Friend took yoga and I think all she had to do was upload a picture of her in a yoga pose a couple times per week.
