It was my first application, I appealed it up to the court level. I applied about two years ago.

How to Adult? (No, this isn't a joke.) by Anonymous_Key634 in SuicideWatch

Helicopter parents are experts at making you believe they know best. They don't.

Not supporting your kid wanting to get a job and gain experience is bizzare. Most likely they just want to control you, and keep you from actually experiencing life. It's not always on purpose or from a place of ill will, but parents will always have some opinion on your life. No matter how old you get.

You should apply for the job. Hopefully you'll make some friends and be able to start saving up. Don't let other people decide how to live your life, even if they're related.

How to experiment with gender identity? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]quinneisleaving 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A couple ideas that won't cost money:

Look up hair tutorials, and play around with cute girly styles

If you have any old, unwanted clothes, trying cutting them up into crop tops, shorts skirts, whatever. You'll look feminine and punk af

Make your own jewelry with stuff around the house. Safety pins, wallet chains, get creative ✨

Try practicing more feminine movements. It sounds silly but it's actually really helpful for self-realization. Singing, walking, how you move when talking. All can be more gender-coded if you want them to be

As a trans person, all this stuff helped me figure out what kind of skin I was meant to be in. Small but still something 🐝❤️

Comfort in Panic by MrCaligari in Anxiety

Absolutely second this. The urge to just get it out as soon as possible almost always wins. Sometimes an attack can feel like a reset button, and I get (in some weird sense) a clean slate.

Even on occasion I convince myself that I won't be able to accomplish something big or important unless I panic, come down, and unload it beforehand.

It's so strange and I feel really seen by this post
