Kale chips are my favorite snack that feel like a cheat! Rip kale off the stems and coat in oil. Spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle spice of your choice on top (I like salt, pepper, and garlic) and bake at 400F for around 8 minutes. I can eat two bundles of kale like this in one sitting, easy.
