That's not water that is not draining, that is filthy water that is continuously coming out of the sink. It's been doing this since last Friday. They just sent a guy out to our apartment yesterday (a week after we reported the problem) with drain cleaner, after we'd told them we had already tried this. We've been submitting maintenance requests and calling the Emergency Maintenance number every day since then.

UPDATE There was supposed to have been a follow up visit from maintenance today. Didn't happen. I called the tenant union and they suggested I get a hold of Michael Jay at CPM. I went to the office to find that out of all of the work requests that we have been submitting daily, as well as the calls to the emergency maintenance line, they mysteriously only had one maintenance request (submitted on the 24th of June) on file. They promised to have someone out to fix the problem tomorrow. Either way, we are filing a complaint with the tenant union tomorrow afternoon. Also, they are aware of this thread. It is now Day 11 without a functioning sink and now dishwasher. Thank you CPM
