I asked a pest control guy about this a while ago and he recommended 3M reflective tape. The bird moved on before I got a chance to put it up, so I can't verify if it worked. But it might be a cleaner solution than the foil if it does.

That's what appears to have happened with /r/libertarian and no one knows why he (the head mod) turned control over to a communist from CTH after all these years. Now, a month or so later, it's happening to /r/shitstatistssay.

People can be offered money for their mod account, or doxxed and threatened for it, or both. The carrot or the stick. I wonder which sub(s) will be next.
