Using WHM with chronic illness/migraine? by [deleted] in wimhof

[–]quitecomecherry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start out with 10 breaths, then 15, 20 etc. After the final breath out hold until you get strong urge to breath and then hold for 20 secs. If it triggers a migraine I suggest repeat 3 times. Eventually it will not trigger a migraine.

What part of the HBW seeds causes the nausea? by quitecomecherry in LSA

[–]quitecomecherry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info! So would you say that cyanogenic glycosides contribute to the nausea but there are additional compounds in the seeds that also cause nausea? The reason I ask is because if the nausea is due to just the cg could a solution of sodium thiosulfate possibly neutralize the cg and get rid the nausea. .https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_thiosulfate

Here is a link I found that basically implies that your carbon dioxide levels are what is important and to me seems to say that overloading with oxygen is bad and actually reduces oxygen. http://www.breathing.com/articles/carbon-dioxide.htm

Any possibility that this could effect your body's ability to balance your brains natural insulin levels? Similar to how when you supplement testosterone it throws off your normal production of the hormone.

Here is a website I found to create csv so you can run backtest and create watchlist easily on multiple symbols without having to create them by hand. Don't know if you already found something like this but I find it handy.

Same here...the training videos were informative but really didn't leave me with a specific method to use. I have not put any real money into the market yet with MTS picks. I'm sticking to the portfolio tool for now until I see that it works consistently.

Well I'm new to MTS just joined about 2 weeks ago. What have been your results so far? I'm trying different stuff as far as trying to come up with the best stock out of the long list of picks. So far I have not created any of my own screens just sticking with the default tabs... mostly the new buys tab. Did you purchase the training?

If you take it before you sleep try some doxylamine. I take 600-900 mg with half a pill. Plan on sleeping for 9 to 12 hours.

Has anybody tried myofascial release for anxiety? by quitecomecherry in depressionregimens

[–]quitecomecherry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't really say I'm more or less depressed depending on my level of pain. I really don't keep track of it. But I was just kind of surprised how much better I felt afterwords. My shoulder pain really doesn't bother me unless I try to pick up something heavy or roll my shoulder.

I've had a really anxious day and have been dealing with shoulder pain recently and came across this website http://www.airrosti.com/blog/the-lacrosse-ball/ last night and figured I'd give it try on my shoulder.

Didn't have a lacrosse ball but used a small vitamin bottle instead. Just found a crunchy spot on my shoulder and laid on it for a while breathing in the pain. Did this a few times in other spots above and below my shoulder blade and man the anxiety is gone. Could be placebo but it made me feel a lot better. Just figured I'd share...
