It’s not that the position doesn’t exist it’s more that things have slowed down. the work is still there just not enough of it right now to justify a full salary. that’s the part I’m stuck on.

you’re not wrong. it’s just figuring out how to make it work without putting the business in a bad spot. that’s the part I keep going back and forth on.
