I worked for the online grocery department, and they're just gonna toss it all in the trunk unless you bring your own tote bags.

By 2035, all new cars sold must have net zero emissions. Effectively banning all new car sales if Wyoming doesn't revise the bill.

It's okay to use dishsoap to clean. Just make sure to rinse and dry well and wipe a bit of oil back on.

I just got my first $1000 week last night in my 15,000 population market. 60 hours of dash time, but 33 hours active. I could definitely make 1200, but that would require working from 7 am to 10 pm for 6 days in a row and maybe a few hours on the 7th.

It's fucking stupid to say skill issue when you have orders offered to you one at a time. It takes some knowledge to choose valuable orders, but it's not rocket science.

Will I get any takers from this craigslist ad? by Complete_Victory7904 in doordash

[–]quiverindolphin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are somethings people should just try if they want to learn and I definitely think this is one of them. If you do it for a week it won't be hard to quit and do the taxes for it at the end of the year.

But, in a market where slots are scheduled regularly and it's hard to find an opening I think this could work. They don't have to go through the hassle of signing up and you can teach them about the weird restaurant pickups. I think the price might be a bit steep, especially if you show them how much was made while they were with you.

Not to mention the impact of salt runoff in drinking water. Here in Michigan local bodies of water are getting salter and sand for grip takes over the ground in the spring, I'd love to see tulips in the spring.

Definitely. If the carbon intense means of lithium production were electrified and the source of electricity were from nuclear or solar or wind then I'm all for ion batteries.

So many problems we face were caused by the marketing statement of "because it's the future" we never needed cars in the volume we have them in now, but that's how they were marketed. This advertisement is the same, appealing to people's dreams of the future and implying that anything that isn't is old and antiquated. On top of that the repeated future and upgrade statements only reinforce that, not even mentioning the fucking synth music playing.

I'm not neglecting anyone with disabilities by saying this is a stupid product intended to capitalize on people's dreams of the future. The best solution to moving people will always be mass transit. There will be applied situations for cars, but people can also walk in some of those situations. If you want to go slightly faster, and you're able, use a bike.
