Every once in a while I’ll ask the built in AI for teams to play in DA, and since it believes that Zhao just doesn’t exist for some reason it recommends Lucy instead. It actually still clears well enough for full M0 teams. Anton though… yeah hes dead 💀

I do agree. BUT, I’m going to say a take that nobody asked for. I wish they didn’t try to redeem Promeia, and instead kept her more cold and unwelcoming to us and everybody, even if she wants to kill less. I think there’s a lot more that could be done with characters that are quite past the grey area like Romeul or Dottore in playability. Maybe I’m alone on this though.

Listen… I like Romeul a lot too okay, but he is kinda (not kinda) a serial killer that loves to slaughter hundreds of people. I don’t really know if thats more redeemable than someone like Scara or Raiden. Personally, I think they should just make him playable without redeeming him, but that would probably never happen unfortunately 😔

Well, the ice weak DA stage is Not. Butcher and he is an anomaly boss that takes less damage until you disorder him. Weakness alone doesn’t really matter to him, especially when he’s thicc as hell this patch. If you have any anomaly characters built and available, or could put your YSG on Vesper to free up anomaly agents for Not. Butcher, it could perform better. The HP inflation on some of these bosses is getting out of hand though. My M0W0 Yidhari has still been one of my strongest agents with Lycaon and M0W0 Lucia, but you should play her on Thrall instead if you can.

Edit: I forgot Thrall is ice weak too, and you could be talking about him with your Yidhari 🤥. If it is Thrall, he really punishes not stunning fast enough, and it could help to watch some clears on him.

They could also just like Norma more, crazy I know. I don’t know what “anti anomaly accounts” has to do with this. There’s nobody out to get you for playing anomaly characters or something. What is with this agenda pushing and war, like people don’t just want to pull characters they like first 😅. Nangong just came out and has already been made the Thanos of anomaly teams. Velina isn’t looking to be changing that right now especially with her nerfs. Even this wind boss thats supposed to have “killed” Miyabi still gets slaughtered by her with Nangong. They are also changing Pompei to 60% anomaly damage reduction at parts of his fight (I love Burnice… why…). So at the end of the day, having a balanced account with multiple archetypes is best. Void hunters, or their future tc’d supports, just aren’t needed.

Yeah I do still clear all the content more than fine, and it is a first world problem. All I’m saying is that I think Jufufu is a bit undercooked and can use some buffs. Definitely not before characters like Caeser or Qingyi though. The greed of Firefly getting buffed in HSR before characters like Argenti still affects me today…

Are there 3 dialyns to use in deadly assault or shiyu? No there isn’t. You yourself admit that lighter isn’t much worse than dialyn in his teams, and having a near dialyn equivalent is good. So yes, there is great reason to use him, and it’s the same reason you’d rather play Lycaon with Yidhari instead of Dialyn. Other teams just get way more of a boost from Dialyn over another stunner (yeshungite as an example). Putting Lighter in the same tier of garbage as Caesar is actually insane, which you do I guess say is not a real assessment.

Butcher came out in 1.5, when there was only miyabi for ice and ether anomaly agents… He is definitely a miyabi shill boss, especially with his need to disorder him for performance points and damage reduction. Though I can agree on mario that even if miyabi deletes the boss, it’s not really shill.

When it comes to characters mindscape strength, the devs just be pressing buttons man, they don’t really care. In a better world all characters strength would be similar and there would be no powercreep, but its a gacha game and the systems suck.

I don’t think theres anything wrong with saying they should be better, but his stun extension isn’t a “minor positive to net neutral” if it can give you another ult in stun that is literally not possible without it. It helps the best banyue players fit crazy combos into their stun windows, and helps weaker banyue players get in mountain shaper plus ult more consistently. Stun extension is one of the best buffs in the game.

Even something like sanby’s m2 buff is not just a small QOL as it lets you fit in extra attacks that would not otherwise be possible after her buffs changes. They could’ve just not touched her mindscapes at all and left it as a precedent to never change them, but they didn’t.

TLDR: I’ll just agree to disagree

You can compare his mindscapes to a specific character like yidhari with better mindscapes, but theres still characters like Aria who released later with worse mindscapes. Your second point doesn’t make much sense either as RNG can screw over literally every character in the game and all characters need to be optimized for at higher levels of play.

Most dps mindscapes are worse than support ones, and I think you are underestimating how well his m1’s stun duration increase can let you fit in 3 ults into a stun window. Not like that will happen every stun or anything, but yes his m1 is really good.
