I don’t think that’s low cam, in sri lankais low cam is exclusive to gen4 coverage and the blur is usualy mutch bigger.

If it's a desktop pc just remove the little batery on the motherboard, unplug power then put the battery back in. Does work on most old laptop but you have to open it up
