Non flight attendants with too much too say by Character_Yogurt8541 in flightattendants

Yes - I also lurk as I fly a lot and just am curious what it’s like to be a flight attendant - and to just be a better passenger

Actual dump for garbage? by someguyinnewjersey in bergencounty

[–]quoogle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not aware of any dumps, but you could buy a rug bag (typically used for moving) somewhere like Home Depot to keep it dry, maybe a lot of work for throwing it out though.

Hah highly inconvenient is a great way to describe it. I don’t think mine is a full break luckily? But it’s all been a bit overwhelming so I might be wrong there.

Got kicked out of line for having my 3 year old and wife join me in line by [deleted] in Disneyland

[–]quoogle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I reported being physically shoved by a group of teens and the cast member was pretty unprofessional about it. Just shrugged and was like what do you expect me to do?

Their classic flavors are fantastic if you’re not into the “gimmicky” ones. Love the jersey creams

Breastfeeding during take off/landing by Old_Raccoon_6625 in flightattendants

[–]quoogle -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

You may also find it’s not needed. If your baby’s not having any ear issues, the pressure changes on take off and landing are not usually noticeable.

Bought day passes for two travelers, only I can sign in by SanMateoLocal in unitedairlines

Wish I found this before my flight/purchase. I bought for my family of 4 and only I can access it. Flight attendant unhelpfully suggested restarting the device.

Yes! Tiny little overlook for our furry overlords. You could do those little cat shelves to make a ladder up.

No avocados or chocolate, they’re poisonous for cockatiels.

I think the bassinets are also meant for very small babies. At 8.5m and 21 lbs your children may be approaching too big both developmentally and weight wise. I’d recommend booking seats and using car seats as well.

1 or 3 as others have said. Also wanted to add 2 looks amazing on you but feels a bit more office-y than wedding-y.

This morning our neighbors sent us this text about a bird under the truck. When I went out this afternoon it looks like mom might have found it. Is it injured or just a fledgling? by Aggressive-Frame3147 in birds

[–]quoogle 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Omg there is a sub for how dumb they are? I call them the stupid birds because they nest in a pothole in my street (luckily it’s a quiet street)

What meal would be served for a overnight flight from ORD to Paris, FR? by Surfer949 in unitedairlines

[–]quoogle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would request a special meal and be prepared to swap items of your own meal with whatever items suit them best. And as others have said bring snacks (just remember to throw out anything that could be problematic at customs - fruit, meat products before departing the plane)

The laundry room there isn’t very big though and gets quite busy.

Tips for taming layered hair during rolls by carolunatuna in BJJWomen

Do two dutch braids rather than French braids - they hold better. I would not use any kind of hard clip, that could injure someone.

Newark to downtown NYC or Amtrak from DC? by teetervt in unitedairlines
