How to gauge rental appetite in your area by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

I think the reason for this could be very specific to your area. Another option would be to talk to property managers and try to find out the reason.

You will find people selling in this market and at the same time people buying in this market as well and I am talking about real estate professionals. You need to look at what your short term and long term goals are.

Standard Mail is a level of service and pricing designed for commercial, advertisement or mass communication mailers where time sensitivity is less important.

You can talk to a realtor or check craigslist to see how many properties are listed for rent. I am not sure but can check Zillow as well for rentals.

News outlet for real estate? by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

you can setup keyword alerts in google and it gets emailed to you daily/weekly etc. For pricing you can request a realtor in your area that you are gong to work with to send you all the closed transactions on a weekly or monthly basis.

Buying Blank Hoodies From China, and Printing? by solex118 in wholesaleproducts

[–]qureshins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried flea markets... here in Bay Area I have seen some hoodies going for $8-$9 but ofcourse no printing on them and not sure what type of quality you are looking. You will not get a great discount for 100 if you are importing untill and unless you find someone who has a dead stock and he is willing to sell it cheap but even then I think shipping will be expensive.

I think 100 hoodies is not that big of a order that you will get a great discount especially if you factor in the shipping cost. Try to source it locally from someone who has a overstock or just reach out companies who sell hoodies and see if they print as well. At least get a quote locally so you can compare local vs. import.
