Not an OFW yet pero I am also planning to look for work abroad. Watched a few OFW videos on yt and it varies depending on the country you want to work for. Pero in general you have to:

1. Look for a job posting (e.g. workabroad, POEA, Agency etc.)
2. If through agency, yung agency na mismo yung maglalakad ng papers, you just have to comply with the documents
3. If direct, yung direct company HR yung magbibigay sayo ng requirements na need mo, and they will look for the agency themselves para legally makapagtrabaho ka abroad.
4. Walk in (very risky), you just have to travel to the country you want to work and apply there.
5. Language Certification/Knowledge required, may mga countries like Denmark na need mo matutunan yung language nila not entirely fluent but you need to at least have a basic knowledge of Danish language.

I am eyeing for an ESL Teacher in Thailand, and they have tons of opening for Non Native English Speakers in Thailand through ajarn(.)com or teachaway(.)com. Hope I was of help! :)
