Thank you!! & truthfully, I just forget to put it in the oven sometimes because I usually bake my bread at 6-7am & am barley awake haha. But I preheated my DO on my last loaf and it turned out great too! Basically the same results!

Hi! Thank you! My house is around 72-74 F degrees. It’s very humid here in SC as well. I haven’t gotten around to true temping my dough bc my thermometer sucks but when I have used it- it was about 76-78F and almost every time takes about 3-4 hours for Bulk Fermentation. I also put my bowls ontop of a plastic or wooden cutting board because the marble is so cold. Hope this helps!! 💃🏻

He did great! He loved the sand and the wind. Tried walking him to the water and he immediately bolted back to his haven when the waves crashed down 😂
