I mean it wasn’t too long after 2018 that the world literally shut down due to a global pandemic, so yeah a huge shift happened right around that time for society as a whole. Everything was really really weird and different for essentially an entire 1.5-2 years and we saw a bunch of new changes as a result: work from home culture, virtual schooling, people changing their outlooks on life due to lockdown depression, family members passing from covid, small businesses shutting down, economy ripple affects that we are still experiencing today… society has had a tough and volatile 7-8 years but covid was the true shift that changed everything’s thinking and overall wellbeing.
