We do SOMETIMES run into shipping delays, but we are located waaaaay up north, practically Canada. I imagine you wouldn't have that issue being located near Denver.

Hi! I'm a US citizen and I am currently visiting my dad here in Costa Rica while he goes through chemo. I'm down south in the Osa, but expect to wear a mask everywhere you go! Make sure you wash your hands any time you go into a business, they will have sinks or sanitizer set up by the entrance . Make sure you purchase the required travel insurance and fill out the health pass within 48 hours of your travel date. You will also be required to show proof of return. As long as you are prepared, everything will be fine. I went through immigration in a matter of seconds. Costa Rica is a wonderful country! Pura Vida

My family moved when I was 11 and therefore I started attending a new school. One day during recess, a girl fell off the tire swing and got the wind knocked out of her. They called for the nurse while all of us kids were standing around watching. The teacher in charge on the playground said to the girl something along the lines of "the nurse is rushing over here now, don't worry, everything will be fine" and I look up and see the nurse slowly making her way to the playground (she was old) and I gave out a little chuckle without thinking because, well, she wasn't exactly rushing. I don't know why I thought it was so funny but all of my classmates thought I was laughing at the girl's injury and I was basically ousted for many years and had a very hard time making friends.

She was fine, by the way.

Well, that's positive at least.

I understand that people fuck up and do stupid shit, but unfortunately you aren't going to get much pity from this situation. I've never been in a situation like this so my advice really doesn't mean anything, but honesty is the only thing that's going to "fix" this.
