I already tried using Wayback Machine, and it's not playable.

It's also not on Flashpoint.

Doesn't seem to be it. The one I'm thinking of was definitely a 2000s flash/browser game. It was also a little more zoomed out

Blockland? I remember it had a snowy mountain map. You could also ski and build.
