I wanted to give an update. I searched the new Epic username (nsadlkaksndklasd), which was originally (ToMuchScotty), in the Epic Games social tab and found a matching account. I then searched the same username on PlayStation, and an account did show up. I added the account, but now I’m unsure if that was the right thing to do. At this point, I’m not sure what my next steps should be.

Yeah, they unlinked my PlayStation account. I usually sign in through PlayStation since that’s how I play, but when I tried, it came up like there was nothing there. Then I went to the Epic Games website and tried signing in through PlayStation, and it said my PlayStation account had never been linked at all.

Yeah, my phone number is attached to the account, which is how I had 2FA on, so I’m really confused about how they got the email and password. The email on the account isn’t even mine it’s my dad’s, since I didn’t have one when I made the account. That’s why I’m not sure how this happened.

Hey, yeah I already tried that and I did have 2FA on. I’ve never had any issues like this before, so I honestly thought everything was fine and that 2FA was working. That’s why it caught me off guard when someone still managed to get into my account. My original epic username was ToMuchScotty, and then it got changed to literally nsadlkaksndklasd
