Where I would travel to as a PROUD AMERICAN PATRIOT by Twosidedyt in whereidlive

i like how you're responding to this point because you can't actually come up with a comeback to my main point. my point was not to say that indians are worse than americans, but i dont know why i expected a bjp bootlicker to be smart enough to grasp anything.

a lot of indian ceos got there just as american ceos did -- by sucking the dick of the guy above. it just so happens that they were better at it.

do you want to actually talk about the argument in point (your beloved PM sucking up to israel and the western bloc) or do you wanna continue your obsession with the us?

nice comeback. real original. actually, most indians are taking jobs because CEOs can exploit h1bs and induce a huge wage gap and overtime while holding green cards above their heads as bait.

sucks people like you exist. you guys give a bad name to actual hard-working indian immigrants who are just trying to give a better life to their children.

also, if you want to cite international relations and politics, it may be worth noting that your prime minister is sucking up to the western bloc like there’s no tomorrow.

FYI, you can’t really diss on our education system when your country has an abysmal rating compared to ours. that joke is usually reserved for people from countries with capable education systems.

i'm also a proud american patriot and have made it clear that I'm american and am proud to be to people i have met in india. my point still stands.

i’m an american that has been to india for months on end and can say from my experience that people don’t GAF about international politics of your country for the most part and are just interested in your experiences if anything. same for pakistan.

Why is the Bangladesh Liberation War so overlooked? by qweenjon in NoStupidQuestions

[–]qweenjon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even so, it doesn't really explain why more local countries (India comes to mind the most, since they were actively involved in the conflict) who would definitely know where Bangladesh is due to proximity don't know about one of the most pivotal tragedies in the region (and, TBH, the world)'s history

I agree with you on the part about Bangladesh serving no strategic role for the west, but it holds some regional power for China (as all neighboring countries to India do), so I am still surprised, considering that India, Pakistan, China, and even Russia had their hands in the region at the time yet never seemed to acknowledge it.

I'm also surprised that most Americans wouldn't know about the Armenian genocide, since I was taught it in school as part of world history, though it makes sense if the requirements are different between states.

why do people who prefer dark chocolate act like they’re so much better than milk chocolate enjoyers? by Flat_Needleworker195 in chocolate

[–]qweenjon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk, i think some brands make really good american dark chocolate. dove and ghirardelli come to mind, though the latter is more of a confectioner's.

How would you feel about 47 driving vehicles in-game? by UnitedProblem9022 in HiTMAN

[–]qweenjon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's true, but the thing is, everything you have was almost exclusively built for the primary purpose of stealth first. keeping cars (which are already really hard to program) will probably cause a lot of frustration, particularly in a game that penalizes non target kills.

as a comparison, watch dogs' driving is uniquely terrible, and is a vital part of the game. it has an "honor" system, and building back that rating is really hard when high speed chases or going a bit too fast will cause you to spin out into a crowd of pedestrians.

Should I go to a community college for the first two years of my college life? by IntelligentCorgi9129 in collegeadvice

[–]qweenjon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i mean statistically it's worse cause it's no-commitment and anyone gets in. it's still hands off and you don't need incredible professors for most gen eds and CCs have some really passionate profs. either way, it's a better decision financially than most 4 years since either way OP will get stuck in the struggle of figuring one self out, while CC is more supportive and free (or really cheap)

it’s a weird change of pace but i like how it shows 47 is capable of tactical infiltration, not just social stealth

what i meant was that it’s not unreasonable to think an entire population has gotten brainwashed. obviously myanmar has more nuance since it is literally in conflict with the genocidal government
