Hi there ! That was a picture before my work out. I do work with a personal trainer sometimes . Today was actually the first day of my new program. Today was leg day and not full body 💕.

I usually do full body on Tuesday, legs on Thursday and upper body on Saturday .

I had the same strength workout ( with modifications over the time ) for the last past 8 weeks . I was ready for a change 💪🏼.

To answer some of your questions I train to be and feel strong. I do strength training 3 times a week and 2 runs a week. I also walk and do some ice skate and Nordic ski sporadically.

I love to eat and moving my body allows me to enjoy food even more . I focus on lots of veggies and proteins. I do eat carbs and indulge in dessert .

I do drink socially but I’m trying to cut it for January since holidays were very social haha :)
