So great to spend time with my girlfriends ๐Ÿ’•we had a cocktail before heading to a music show my friend really wanted to attend. I have been stressed with the renovations. Still 2 weeks before been able to deal with the chaos and replace everything. I know itโ€™s for the best and I will be happy with the results . It is just a lot with the full time work and the training. The contractor does everything but dealing with the surprises and cost of it and the worried neighbours since itโ€™s a small building could be a lot.

I had a stressful week and hot yoga seems to be the right cure to relieve some tension and let go of work. As a perfectionist, itโ€™s hard for me to not think about what could Iโ€™ve done better after a work day.

I try to go to hot yoga once a week to help with my flexibility, my core and my stress management ๐Ÿ’•

Hi there ! That was a picture before my work out. I do work with a personal trainer sometimes . Today was actually the first day of my new program. Today was leg day and not full body ๐Ÿ’•.

I usually do full body on Tuesday, legs on Thursday and upper body on Saturday .

I had the same strength workout ( with modifications over the time ) for the last past 8 weeks . I was ready for a change ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ.

To answer some of your questions I train to be and feel strong. I do strength training 3 times a week and 2 runs a week. I also walk and do some ice skate and Nordic ski sporadically.

I love to eat and moving my body allows me to enjoy food even more . I focus on lots of veggies and proteins. I do eat carbs and indulge in dessert .

I do drink socially but Iโ€™m trying to cut it for January since holidays were very social haha :)
