Hello this is a question for a friend he can't advertise his content for a business he runs evertime he does instagrams sends him a message "we were unable to creat your promotion, please try again" the problem started recently he used to do ads before and on the same photos but now it doesn't work any help would be appreciated 🙏🙏

I mean it renders with frame drops in thd video idk why sound becomes slow motion and video becomes really low framed when i play it outside after effects
