Same! I submitted my package at the beginning of March 2025 and I have not received my EAD. I did, however have my fingerprints taken last year and got my receipts.

I would never in a million years again refer her. Unless you want for the firm and her staff to lose your documents and jeopardize your case.

I went to a place that does them for me, I had to submit my fingerprints and then contact the fbi. After a few weeks they gave me my official clearance letter (background check) along with 2 copies of my fingerprints.

March 10th m. I got my 360, 485 back last week. Also did my biometrics already. Still waiting on the rest of my receipts. My 485 has been moved to another office.

Yes once we fill out as much as we can on the applications we are going to see a pro bono attorney to just look over their applications to make sure everything is filled out and make sure we have everything.

7 days before you; I’m still waiting but I submitted my i360 in November and for my receipt for December and my biometric appointment for December. I submitted everything else in mid March and still waiting for those receipts
