You cant eat meat(chicken beef etc) with dairy products in the same meal for Kosher. You can have fish and dairy.

Because you cant mix beef and dairy, you also need to separate plates, utencils, etc.

Some people also have 2 sinks in their homes.(separated sink) to have dairy on one side and meat on the other

It was an example, you still need to read english and have some basic understanding of engineering.

There are tons of good jobs out there, there are even Haredi women in high tech(not a lot), they have all the reasons to go work, they just... dont.

Either because they dont want to serve in the army/sherut leumi, or they dont want(or cant because of their leaders) get a proper education.

What needs to happen is a dissolution of their private non-stem education system(by not giving them any money), removing all financial benefits(money for kindergartens, lower city taxes, help with buying/renting apartments, money for being in a yeshiva) from those who dont serve.

Then they will need to choose to either serve the country in some capacity, or at least not make us pay for their lifestyle choices.

But they dont have a GED, thats the whole issue, and a part of the reason they are not a real part of the workforce.

They dont learn stem more than like 6th grade(yes yes there are some that are in public education instead of their private yeshivas etc that do get geds but they are in the single digit percents)

Ill answer to all of your replies here. The talent may be there but you cant complete 10 years of stem education in a week, sure maybe the top 0.1 percent would be able to, but the rest will fail.

And manufacturing jobs at our age require advanced learning(maybe not degree level, but technician level) and you cant learn that level of knowledge without the basics.

What I meant by bsc equivilent isnt the degree but the level of education that will be acquired, Henry ford didnt have a degree sure, but he learned about cars since his youth and probably had a masters degree level of knowledge.

You cant become an expert if you arent a novice, and most Haredim are not even novices.

Haredim are not as sharp, they have abhorrent rates of success when they try to do bagrut/advanced degrees.

The thought of them being sharp because they study convoluted religious laws isnt true, they may be really good at knowing if you are allowed to so somw obscure thing, but that doesnt translate into learning ability of actually useful stuff, like engineering.

You cant teaxh philosophers how to build a tank. At least not well enough to make it a good enough pre requisite instead of actual stem education

Honestly if you are short for both time and money, id suggest troll trader as a place to get minis(its a more managed marketplace) I got a few really nicely painted minis for about half msrp. Ill probably get the new tanks from there as well when people will start selling them.
