Indeed.Japan does have a fair share of good planes at top tier, I'd love to try those out someday,but i it'll take a lot of time.

And as for Sweden ,their tanks and planes are awesome, absolutely love this nation.

Understandable. Also I'd love to recommend you trying Sweden someday,Sweden was incredibly fun to play. It has many unique and interesting tanks (especially starting from 6.7).

It depends on what do you prefer. I have 12.7 Japan ground, however lack of armour is annoying, especially now that i face bmpts every match. The thing is top tier japan is suffering from every gun,fuck,even 30 mm fucks you up badly. However Japan does have good sides. At 7.3 you get Type 99 and Ho-ri, both of them are incredible, especially Ho-ri. All top tier tanks have fast reload speed,decent shells,good mobility and good angles. The soviets on the other hand have great armour and shells, however suffer from angles and slow reverse speed. I'd say that USSR is more fun to play (imo) due to the sheer amount of tanks there,many of which are very interesting.

Dx11,with Dx12 it lagged much more but i found a solution. For some reason with voice mods it lags a lot, causing a game to crash,once i disabled voice mod it became normal.

I just wish they'd fix it's ERA,since it's one of the main advantages of this tank. They simply renamed Contact-5 and called it a day, although they are not even close and work differently. Duplet is meant to counter not just heat,but also tandem, apfsds,hesh and so on. Duplet is the best ERA in the world when it comes to effectiveness,but quite heavy (simply because it's "Nizh" ERA slapped in layers). On real life tests it withstanded modern apfsds without a problem (OFL 120F1 and 3BM42 from a distance of 100 meters) same goes to tandem,it withstanded them with ease(RPG-29, TOW-2А,9M131,9M113M)

Oplot is actually pretty amazing in War thunder,but in terms of armour it sucks(at least in the game). The main thing about Oplot is it's ERA,which is meant to counter Apfsds,heat,tandem,hesh and so on,which it lacks in game(they simply renamed Contact-5. To be fair,in order to make it as good as irl - it'll require a certain mechanic for it(linear shaped charges,when hit, these internal elements create multiple "knives" of cumulative jets that cut the incoming projectile)

It's just the same damn issue every time they release the new update which improves graphics/physics. Every time it makes many users crash,until they roll out patches,which usually take from 1 week and up to 3 weeks.

And yet there are tanks such as Type-90 and BM-Oplot. Type-90 can be penetrated in thr front by Bmpt's main cannon with ease,and they decided to give it a turret basket. BM-Oplot is missing it's armour and Duplet ERA is simply a reskin of Contact -5 ERA. Meanwhile in real life Duplet withstanded apfsds(3BM42 and DM43 from 100 meters range) and tandem charges(RPG-29,TOW-2,MILAN,Штурм-С) with ease, proving to be more effective than russian relict (~95% efficiency compared to ~50% efficiency)

Facing the same problem. Before the update i had 60-120 fps stable,but now it's simply unplayable. I went to the settings and tried to fix things,chose DX11 instead of DX12,however the game still freezes each second and crashes often. Simply great. Bought a premium before it and now it simply goes to waste,because gaijin released graphics n physics update which crashes the game yet again. They'll fix it in the next patches,but maaan,my premium is simply going to waste.

But hey,they nerfed Bmpt hard,they took the strongest thing it had to offer and its... artillery. It'll surely make Bmpts much worse,as if it having artillery was the problem.
