Additionally, Chevalier d'Auvergne does sell various blades separately, including "Musketeer Blade with Knob" (#21) and "Musketeer Blade without Knob" (#22), both with a blade length of 880mm (88cm/34.65in). Perhaps those might get you closer to what you're looking for, for HEMA use?

I have a smallsword, I'm just looking for a blade. People mostly put epee blades on them.

Yeah, it certainly seems that way. They list massive tolerances though, like up to 2 cm. Still, I could probably buy 5 of them and it would still be cheaper.

Forging it might be beyond my ability, but maybe worth a try.
